Subscription Cancellations
If you want to cancel a subscription you have with us, please visit find the Settings > Subscriptions in the top right of the Desktop pages or mobile menu in a Mobile device, find your subscription and click the View and you should see the Subscription details along with a Cancel button. Click the Cancel button.
When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.
Example 1: monthly subscription cancellation
If we process a monthly subscription’s cancellation on June 7th, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until July 6th (30 days) and there will not be a refund of any part of the monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.
Example 2: annual subscription cancellation
If we process an annual subscription’s cancellation after 30 days of the first day of the subscription that begins June 1, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription May 31st of the next year and there will not be a refund of any part of the annual subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.
Do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them. As it takes longer for us to receive postal mail than electronic mail, we recommend that you email your request. Providing us with your account/subscription number (if you have one) can also speed up the process of honoring your request.
We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by either email or postal mail.
Refund Policy
At GaS Digital Network we strive to satisfy our customers with our fast and reasonable customer service.

Our General Policy related to Subscription Refunds is:
1. Once a Subscription is purchased, the entire period of the paid Subscription is not refundable.
2. If you meant to cancel but missed cancelling prior to the renewal deadline, and contact us via the Help system (https://gasdigitalnetwork.com/help/) or the Support (support@gasdigitalnetwork.com) or Help (help@gasdigitalmarketing.com) emails within 1-3 days of your renewal payment processing, we will refund that payment.
3. If you fall outside the 1-3 day window, we invite you to contact us and, in our sole discretion, we will determine if a refund is warranted, and if so the appropriate amount. Please keep in mind that the payment gateways generally prohibit refunds of payments beyond a certain period.
Free Trial offer abuse.
Our Free Trial offers are one-time only unless we specifically permit extra Free Trials in writing. You understand and agree that if, in our opinion, you have abused our Free Trial offers by obtaining multiple Free Trials through deceptive means, we will cancel your subscription(s) without refund and may ban you from obtaining subsequent subscriptions to our services.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
